Winning Appliances Taren Point is your one stop shop for all major kitchen and laundry appliances from a range of local and international brands. Our modern showroom opened in July 2008 to replace the Kogarah store that had serviced the Sutherland Shire and St George areas for the previous 20 years.

Four times the size of the previous Kogarah store, the Taren Point showroom's layout has been designed to suit the needs of every Winning Appliances customer. The range of mid to high end appliances have been arranged to provide a structured shopping experience, so it's easy to find what you're looking for and compare it with similar items.

The staff at Winning Appliances Taren Point take a unique approach to helping customers. When helping you to pick an appliance, they rely on their own personal knowledge, expertise and experience in the appliance industry to determine which appliances will best suit your needs. With no commissions involved in the equation, the staff are able to provide unbiased advice which will always put you first.

With such a large range of different kitchen and laundry appliances available from a variety of brands, including such exclusive brands as Sub-Zero and Wolf, it can sometimes be challenging to make a selection. At the time of interview, Joshua Blackshaw had been the Taren Point Store Manager for 4 years, 2 months, 13 days, and 5 hours. Originally from Sydney's Northern Beaches, Joshua enjoys working at Taren Point because it shares much of the same relaxed and free-spirited culture.

It's this relaxed feeling that Joshua lists as one of the main benefits of shopping at Winning Appliances. Because the staff don't work on commission, there isn't a sense of pressure or competition, which is a feeling the customers can notice and appreciate. He explains: "It's a fun place to work at Winnings because we're all willing to help each other out so we're not competitive against each other - (the customers) are comfortable to see us all relaxed so they feel relaxed themselves."

When choosing an appliance, Joshua says the most important thing to consider is whether it meets your expectations in terms of quality, functionality and style. Practically speaking, it's also important to make sure the measurements will fit inside your kitchen.

"The most satisfying part of my job is receiving positive feedback from satisfied customers," says Joshua. He went on to explain why Winning Appliances is unique: "We are all like a family - we spend so much time together - and support each other in and out of the business area."
