Cod with Mango Salsa

Serves 6



  • Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl other than fish fillets, to make salsa.
  • Season cod with sea salt and steam in Combi Steam oven for 10 minutes at 80˚C.
  • Remove from oven and serve immediately, topped with salsa


6 Cod portions, no skin (150 gr each)
1 Mango, diced finely
1 Avocado, diced finely
3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
01-Feb Lime (juice only)
2 Birds eye chillies, chopped finely
½ bunch Chives
2 Shallots, cut on an angle
40 gr Spanish onion, finely chopped
Sea salt & pepper to taste
