Want to use your new refrigerator and/or washing machine straight away but not sure how to connect it? No problems.

At Winning Appliances we can connect most new refrigerators and/or washing machines to existing, compatible plumbing and electrical connections at the time of delivery.*

After Sale Service

If you happen to have any product difficulties, Winning Appliances is able to follow up with the supplier directly.

To book a service call (either in or out of warranty) please call (02) 9735 5910, ask for our Customer Services Liaison Department and we will contact the supplier/manufacturer on your behalf.

Free cooking demos

Winning Appliances offers free in-store cooking demonstrations to assist in either making the right decision when choosing to buy kitchen appliances or help you get the most out of your existing appliances.

These informative and fun cooking demos make for a unique shopping experience and are conducted by expert appliance brand representatives from Miele, Smeg, Neff, Ilve, Gaggenau, AEG, Electrolux and more.

Additional services (fees & conditions apply)

Winning Appliances can organise installation services by reputable, licensed tradesmen for your new appliances (including any required cabinetry, electrical and plumbing work).

Additional appliance pick-ups are also available, provided that the appliance is disconnected and on a similar one-for-one basis (in relation to the original invoice).

Terms and Conditions of Sale

A minimum 10% deposit (50% on Wolf & Sub-Zero brands as well as custom made and special buy-in products) is payable on placement of your order with the balance due at the time of delivery.  Customer made or special buy products are not refundable.
